HOW TO GET PRE-AUTHORISATION
If you are part of Agility Health & HEALTH SQUARED’s Primary Care Network (PCN), the following processes apply:
FOR STANDARD CONSULTATIONS: No pre-authorisation required
FOR IN-ROOM PROCEDURES: Send the procedural information to our dedicated pre-authorisation WhatsApp line: 079 805 0750, exclusively available to our PCN providers. The line is open between 08h00 and 17h00, Mondays to Fridays.
FOR AFTER-HOURS REQUESTS: To submit a pre-authorisation request after-hours or over weekends, get in touch with the team on 0861 111 778 or preauth@healthsquared.co.za

HOW TO REGISTER MY PATIENT FOR CHRONIC MEDICATION
Our hyper-intelligent system fully automates the chronic medication registration process, meaning you have more time to do what you do best: Caring for your patients.
As soon as specific ICD10 codes are used in a claim, or when certain classes of medication are dispensed, our system automatically triggers the registration process. As starting point, your patient is assigned a Personal Health Coordinator who immediately gets in touch to inform your patient of their registration and how to access their new benefits.

HOW TO ACCESS CDL CARE PATHS
Once registered for a Chronic Disease List (CDL) condition, your HEALTH SQUARED patient will receive a detailed care plan. They can also access this plan on the HEALTH SQUARED mobile app which is available in both iOS (Apple) and PlayStore (Android).
