Globally, within healthcare environments a traditional view of biggest is best has resulted in a fragmented approach to the overall relationship between health funds, insurance companies or medical schemes and their administrators, as well as other risk management service providers.
Medical schemes have been forced to sub-contract services to various external bodies while their administrator merely focuses on processes on a transactional basis resulting in severely disjointed service delivery. The fragmented approach negatively impacts the medical scheme as a holistic and customised solution per client is overlooked. In stark contrast, the Agility Health offering is based on the philosophy that administration and managed healthcare delivers one key capability – proper risk management of the medical scheme. Agility Health’s clients experience the benefit of a seamless administration and managed care service unmatched by any other industry player.
Cutting-edge technology sits at the heart of Agility’s philosophy with all administration and managed care services provided on one platform and rendered by integration experts across various disciplines. Highly automated intelligent processing, effective clinical risk management and high quality reporting are all unique benefits for our clients.
